These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you and 5 Star Parking regarding your airport parking reservation. Please read them carefully before booking. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
1. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
If the customer has not paid for the full charge they will have to pay on return if the vehicle is found low prior to customer collecting car from meet and greet point or park and ride on site
2. Definitions

"Company", "We", "Us": Refers to 5 Star Parking, acting as a booking intermediary for airport parking services.

"Customer", "You": The individual or organization making a reservation through our platform.

"Service Provider": The third-party operator responsible for delivering the parking service.

"Booking": The confirmed reservation for parking services made via our website or phone.

"Departure Date": The date your outbound flight is scheduled to depart.
3. Booking Process

Online Reservations: A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a reference number via email. By completing the booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Phone Reservations: Bookings made over the phone are confirmed once our representative provides you with a booking reference. These terms apply from that point onward.

Availability & Acceptance: All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation. A booking reference does not guarantee a parking space. If the Service Provider cannot fulfill your booking, we will issue a full refund. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from cancellation.

Customer Information: You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, including a valid email address and phone number, to ensure you receive your booking confirmation and instructions.
4. Our Role & Liability

Booking Agent: 5 Star Parking acts solely as a booking agent. We facilitate your reservation with the Service Provider, who is responsible for delivering the parking service.

Service Agreement: Your parking contract is directly with the Service Provider. Their terms and conditions govern the actual service, including any issues related to vehicle damage, loss, or theft. You may request a copy of their terms from them directly.

Limit of Liability: Our liability is limited to errors or negligence in the booking process. We are not liable for any actions, omissions, or service failures by the Service Provider.
5. Refund Process

Refund Timeline: Your Funds Will be Avalible in Your Account Within 7 to 14 Bussiness Days.
6. Airport Fee Charges
Please note that any airport entry and exit charges are not included in our service fee, and must be paid directly by the customer at the airport.
